Commercial Realtor Tom Moses, CCIM, has over 35 years of diverse commercial real estate brokerage experience in all the categories of office, land, retail, investment, multi-family and industrial properties. He has represented and worked with many major corporations, companies, institutions and properties as well as worked effectively with many individuals and small businesses throughout the United States, Kansas and Topeka.

With the CCIM designation, a professional commercial real estate education network, Tom is a nationally recognized expert in the commercial & investment real estate industry.

Tom is a past Topeka Chamber board member (2 terms), and past recipient of the "Chamber Member Volunteer" award.  He has received the Topeka "Realtor of the Year" award, "Sales Person of the Year" award, "Top Sales" award six times and is a past President of the Topeka Area (Sunflower) Association of Realtors.  Also, a past board member and past Chairman of the Metropolitan Topeka Airport Authority. He has served on numerous other volunteer boards as well.
