Tom has successfully completed over 27 separate land transactions along the Wanamaker Road corridor alone, from 10th Street to 37th Street, working with shopping centers, hotels, apartments, free standing retail, automotive, office buildings, churches, nursing care, associations & restaurants.


He has completed over 26 additional independent land transactions throughout Shawnee County including financial institutions, retail, nursing care, office, assisted living, hospitals, waste management, automotive, University, industrial, multi-family and single family.


Additionally, he has successfully guided over 30 zoning and platting cases through to the end, working with many different land uses with all types of considerations. This includes the leading and coordination of teams of engineers, architects, attorneys, title work, city personnel and brokers.


Throughout the course of many of Tom's land transactions, the developments often required the need to coordinate street, sanitary/storm sewer construction, environmental issues, land planning, maintenance, title issue solving and legal, which posed no problem for Tom's capabilities.
